Bryce Griffith
OSJ Principal
Investment Advisor Representative
As the President, OSJ Supervisor, and Investment Adviser Representative , my primary responsibilities at Foster & Associates, Inc. encompass a wide range of duties. Firstly, I take great pride in caring for my personal clients. Building relationships with them is a key aspect of my role, as I believe that trust and understanding are the foundations of successful financial planning. By walking side by side with my clients, I am able to assist them in creating personalized plans to achieve their financial goals. One area where I specialize is pension education and planning. With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals and families navigate their financial journeys.
In addition to serving my personal clients, I also have the privilege of coaching other financial advisors in our OSJ branch. Sharing my knowledge and experience with my colleagues is incredibly fulfilling, as I believe in the power of collaboration and continuous learning. Furthermore, I am responsible for performing compliance and supervision duties, ensuring that all operations within our branch meet the highest standards of integrity and regulatory compliance.
Before joining Foster & Associates, Inc., I served as a Regional Vice President for Security Benefit. My educational background includes a B.A. in History with a concentration in Political Science from Bethany College, which I completed in 1998. Additionally, I obtained an MBA from Western Governors University in 2014. To enhance my expertise, I have acquired various securities licenses, including Series 6, 7, 24, 63, and 65, as well as Life Insurance Licenses.
What motivates me in my work is the knowledge that I am in a position to help people live the lives they want to live. Originally, I aspired to become a high school history teacher, but life led me down a different path. Now, after many years in the financial services industry, I am excited to be able to teach my clients about the financial aspects of their lives and how these pieces fit together. Furthermore, my Christian faith compels me to serve others, and each client relationship provides me with an opportunity to fulfill that purpose and calling by serving them well. One of the ways I provide value to my clients is through education. Given the multitude of options available on their financial journeys, I take pride in helping my clients truly comprehend the choices they have and how these choices will impact their lives, both now and in the future. My inner teacher strives diligently to ensure my clients' understanding and empowerment.
A native of Southern California, I currently reside in Tualatin, Oregon, with my wife and college sweetheart, Stephanie. Together, we have one son, Bodan, who currently attends university. When I am not working, I cherish spending quality time with my family and friends. Being part of a church community is important to me, and I enjoy engaging in outdoor activities such as hiking, golfing, snowboarding, and the occasional scuba dive. Additionally, I have a fondness for board and card games, with Skip-Bo and Yahtzee being personal favorites.
