Tom graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Law and Education.
After teaching and coaching for a number of years, Tom entered the insurance and financial-services industry, founding Foster & Associates, Inc. in 1981.
Tom has an extensive background in insurance planning for small business owners and individuals. Although he has retired from the securities industry, Tom continues his work assisting clients with their life insurance needs.
